Tequila Sunrise

2 oz La Iguana Dorada Blanco Tequila

4 ounces orange juice, freshly squeezed

1/4 ounce grenadine

Garnish: orange slice

Garnish: cherry

  1. Add the tequila and then the orange juice to a chilled highball glass filled with ice.

  2. Top with the grenadine, which will sink to the bottom of the glass, creating a layered effect.

  3. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

Tequila Highball

2 oz La Iguana Dorada Reposado Tequila

.75 oz lemon juice

.50 oz simple syrup

2 sprigs rosemary

2 oz Soda water

  1. Combine tequila, lemon, simple syrup, and one rosemary sprig into a shaker.

  2. Fill with ice and shake vigorously, strain, and pour in a collins glass.

  3. Add soda water, fill a glass with ice, and garnish with rosemary sprig.

Tequila Mule

2 oz La Iguana Dorada Blanco Tequila

4 oz ginger beer

.25 oz lime juice

Dash Angostura Bitters


  1. Combine all ingredients in a mule mug,

  2. fill with ice and garnish with a lime wheel
